Under construction. An earthquake reinforcement project involving the demolition of two buildings with 16 units and reconstruction of a new one with 42 units instead. For each apartment in the old building, owners will receive an apartment in the new building. The project incorporates a porch, a secure room and covered parking for each unit, as well as design of the lobby and landscaping.
